“The studio has a warm and welcoming vibe, and parking was super easy—right on the side of the building. The massage included a mix of different techniques, and Osmal even took 10 extra minutes to make sure my whole body was covered. It was the first time someone massaged my stomach—it felt different but I actually really enjoyed it! I believe Osmal speaks only English, but since I’m bilingual, it wasn’t an issue at all. “I don't recommend this place. I got two massages in a week and second time,I was charged 20 dollars more for the same amount of time. Please don't share your credit card and if you do ,check your receipts immediately. I had an appointment with Nathalie (Naturopath) and she was supposed to send me recommendations the same day or next....after a few months and so many messages and Emails still I am waiting. I paid for a service which I never received. The consultations should be in a private room and not in an open place with others present. I also received useful advice on what exercises to do at home to relieve my pain.Smiling and friendly professional with very good knowledge work at this place. UPDATE -After several visits and having undergone different types of massage, I can confirm that Osmal is a true professional and has a very high level of knowledge of different types of massage. “I had a massage by Osmal and it was really good. It was my first time, didn't know what to expect but I relaxed and enjoyed it. “I’ve had a couple of massages from both therapists and they both are so professional and know what they’re doing. They are also kind and always smiling! The studio is beautiful and gives a warm welcome. I instantly felt relaxed and well taken care of. I’m usually nervous and uncomfortable with massages but not with them!
