“This was our first time at Avenue Dental and we couldn’t be happier. Dr. Viviana and the staff were so kind and welcoming. We came all the way from Kenora and showed up a bit late, but they were incredibly patient and still made sure we got a full checkup. “I have been going to Dr. Brasko since he graduated. He is by far the best dentist you will ever have the pleasure to meet. Kind. Knowledgeable. Personable. “Super thankful for the great team at Avenue Dental, my elderly Father had some issues, they took him on short notice in order to help us determine the cause of some cognitive issues. Aside from the dental work being exceptional, they were able to confirm no dental infection, and even adjusted his dentures to make him more comfortable. “I have a love/hate relationship with dentists. Love that we have them, but hate the needles & pain. Avenue Dental minimizes the hate part. They not only have made me feel relatively comfortable, but their work & mannerism is exemplary. And the final bill was more than fair especially for someone like me who has no dental insurance. “Amazing dentist !! Dr. Brasko was absolutely above and beyond great with our little man who had a upper lip & tounge tie. Our little man is only 3 months old and we are super impressed with the care he got when visiting and even the post care that is available to us with Dr. Brasko even after his regular hours at the dentist. “Would recommend Dr. Brasko to everyone who has a little one with oral ties! He was overly thorough, very kind and reassuring. He walked us through the benefits, procedure and after care, and not once did we feel pressured to have the procedure done if we didn’t want. The procedure itself is very hard to watch your little one go through, but Dr. Brasko and assistant talked to our crying babe in a calm and kind manner while checking on us parents as well! “I heard nothing but great things about Dr. Brasko. He was recommended to us by our lactation consultant for a tongue and lip tie release and they stated "I wouldn't take my child to anyone else". His wait list to be seen is a bit long (we waited 3 weeks) but it was worth the wait. During the assessment he was gentle with our daughter and explained everything clearly so we knew what we were doing and how it would benefit her in the future. He understood our fears and was so empathic and compassionate during the procedure to ease this anxious momma. Again, he was so gentle throughout and I was so impressed when he provided us with his number to contact any time should we have any questions which is huge as a new parent because we have so many anxieties and questions in which Google only causes more fear.
