“I had left nicole a message describing my pain and some details, well she messaged me right away asking details and confirming my appt. (My shoulder muscles had locked up due to a surgery, pain was unbearable) Well Nicole took care of the pain and mobility which gave me the best night sleep in forever. “I booked a same-day massage through a last-minute booking site. Before attending, I tried calling multiple times and left a voicemail because I needed to confirm whether the therapist was female, as this affects my comfort level. Instead of getting clear information, I received rude and dismissive text responses. The person used words like “lol” and implied I was being sexist, which was upsetting and unprofessional. It was also unclear whether I was speaking to a receptionist or the therapist. Clear communication, professionalism, and respectful tone are very important in a wellness business.
