“I 100% credit Paola for where i am in my recovery from a ruptured Achilles. I chose the non-operative route so I was a little concerned with how much to push myself and when, but Paola expertly guided me through my recovery. “I saw Anike for pelvic floor work following a surgery and she was really great. Taking the time to ensure I was comfortable, working on ensuring I was doing the exercises correctly and following up in a very non-judgmental way when I sometimes wasn't doing all the exercises. She gave me the tools for longer term care and it's really been incredible for my healing process and confidence.
