Her patience, kindness, and ability to explain everything clearly (to both parents and kids!) made the entire process stress-free. The office is welcoming, professional, and always runs smoothly (thank you Marla!!!) Dr. Santini takes the time to ensure perfection while genuinely caring about her patients, which makes such a difference. My daughter actually looks forward to her appointments—something I never thought I’d say about orthodontics! We are beyond happy with her results so far and incredibly grateful to have found such a skilled, attentive, and compassionate orthodontist. “I’ve been going to this clinic for many years, and I can confidently say that I’ve never had anything but an amazing experience. The entire team is truly something special. Every time I walk through the doors, I’m greeted with so many warm smiles, it’s impossible not to feel at ease. The whole staff is so caring and welcoming; they always go the extra mile to make you feel comfortable and valued. The girls are so genuine and kind, and you can tell they truly care about every patient. Dr. Santini is an absolute gem. Not only is she an incredible orthodontist, but she’s also one of the sweetest and most thoughtful people I’ve ever met. “We had an appointment today with Dr. Santini for my 10-year-old son, and I can’t say enough about the incredible experience we had. Rosanna, Dr. Santini’s assistant, was beyond kind, respectful, and patient. She had such a calm, reassuring way of handling everything, making my son feel completely at ease. He’s not usually someone who gets overly anxious, but their combined expertise made him even more comfortable than we could have hoped. Dr. Emily Santini perfectly matched Rosanna’s energy. She knew exactly how to speak with my son, explaining everything clearly and gently, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. What stood out most was that Dr. Santini took her time—never rushing, even though other patients were waiting. Our appointment was at 15:30, and she only left the office at 16:35, giving us her full attention throughout. We are more than happy to pay for the level of care they provide—the quality is absolutely there.
