“The receptionist who greeted me was so pleasant and helpful. Dr. Renouf is awesome, I’ve been seeing her for 30 years. The hygiene staff are also great! Can’t recommend them enough!”

“It was excellent except for the one guy at the front desk. Found him unwelcoming. I walked in and he didn’t greet me just said “name” and carried on with the intake. Others were great. This happened first time I went in as well. Not the greatest when coming from another clinic with a very welcoming atmosphere . Everything else was great.”Lire la suiteRéduire

“I am so happy that I decided to go with Dr. Orloff and the Assiniboine Dental Group. I feel completely safe in her hands. She is competent, kind, patient, extremely careful and explains each step as she goes along. I have never felt any discomfort whatsoever and every procedure has gone seamlessly. “I had such a great experience with Alexis! ♥️ She is genuinely one of the sweetest and kindest hygienists I’ve ever met. From the moment I sat down, she made me feel comfortable and at ease. She was gentle, thorough, and took the time to explain everything without making me feel rushed. You can really tell that she cares about her patients and loves what she does. My cleaning was painless, and I left feeling well taken care of. Thank you, Alexis, for being so lovely and making what can sometimes be a stressful appointment such a positive experience. It was first time back for dental care since Covid (very much not normal for me) and she made me feel quite at ease. My exam with Dr Cheung was simple and pleasant. “I have been a patient at Assinaboine Dental for more than a decade. I loved coming here, everyone was friendly and professional. I recently retired and no longer have a dental plan. I have been scheduling cleanings every 6 months instead of 9 just to keep things healthy and clean and avoid any issues. At my appointment today I let the hygienist know I just wanted a cleaning, no xrays or dental exam or paint on fluoride. I was told I HAD to get the exam and xrays or I couldn't have my teeth cleaned, clinic policy. I reiterated i had no insurance, these would be out of pocket expenses for me and I didn't feel I needed them at this time. She said that wouldn't be possible without consulting a lead dentist and signing a release. By then the interaction had become so uncomfortable, I asked to leave. She handed me a form to release my records to another clinic and sent me on my way. This place has become all about maximizing profit for the hour you are going to be there. Constantly trying to upsell you expensive services you dont want or need. No consistency in care either, you get a different hygienist and dentist everytime. I will find somewhere that cares about people, this place no longer does.”Lire la suiteRéduire

“If I could give 10*, I would! Just home from a dental spa day as a new patient and was treated with so much kindness & respect throughout. A thorough assessment with Chrissy & teammate with personal history, (they likely know stuff now my wife doesn’t 😉)X-rays, film, review and treatment plan. In a word, outstanding. I then had an opportunity to meet my dentist, Dr Cheung who greeted me warmly and told me that I’d be well taken care of and gave me a near date for important work that couldn’t wait. Finally, my hygienist Gul (I apologize if my spelling is incorrect) got me cleaned up after 4+ years of not taking care of my teeth. She was a rock star and got the work done in half the time I had anticipated. Front desk staff are friendly & courteous and don’t rush you through the admin work. In short, a busy place with an uncharacteristicly friendly vibe. It may be too much to say, I’m looking forward to my next appointment but I’m telling you, I’m not nervous and it will likely be the easiest part of my day. “Dr Humphrey and his team were wonderful through the whole process. My daughter was feeling very anxious about having her wisdom teeth removed but Dr Humphrey was very comforting.
