“Very impressed. Aspire Dental is more than just a dental clinic. They treated my borderline sleep apnea with an appliance and have greatly improved my sleep. The Manager, Tara, really made me feel welcome. Definitely recommend.”

“Very disappointed with Aspire Dental. I booked an appointment but when I arrived, they had me scheduled for a cleaning even though I had 1 more filling to be done. Because of their mistake, I took time off work for nothing. To make matters worse, I was charged a $50 short-notice cancellation fee, even though I cancelled more than 24 hours in advance in the previous month. Poor scheduling, lack of accountability, and unfair billing. I will be moving to a different clinic for my dental needs and would not recommend this office”Lire la suiteRéduire

“My wife and I have been going to aspire dental for 2 years now but after today’s experience I do not think we will be coming back. I liked it because the dentists and hygienists are amazing. However their customer service at the front desk is not. When I arrived at my appointment I had them check my new insurance to make sure I was covered for my appointment. They confirmed I was. When I came out of my appointment their system was down due to technical issues and the front desk admin/receptionist had no idea what to do. I advised I’m a 2 minute drive away so when things are back up and running I could come down and pay my remaining balance ASAP. Instead I was forced to pay $353.00 out of pocket! Fortunately enough I have the funds available, however I feel extremely bad for all the patients after me who have to pay out of pocket who may not have the funds available. Now I will have to wait at 2-3 business days, possibly even longer for my insurance to reimburse me. This has been an extreme inconvenience and an unfortunate way to end my day. I am extremely unimpressed by the way this situation was handled. Not even a call to their supervisor to see if any other options were available.”Lire la suiteRéduire

“Years ago, I had a horrible experience at my long time dentist, won’t get into it, but it left me with horrible pain for 8 months and a new fear of the dentist. I googled dentists that work with anxiety and this clinic came up so I gave them a call. Dr. Vong and his amazing staff managed to ease my extreme anxiety and get me to go ahead with the corrective procedure I needed. Excellent bedside manner. My fear of the dentist is gone. The hygienists also leave me feeling so fresh and clean every visit, I (almost) look forward to going now. Thank you Dr. Vong and the team at Aspire.”Lire la suiteRéduire

“Extremely disappointed with my experience at Aspire Dental. What should have been a simple, one-visit procedure — just a single filling — turned into four separate, frustrating appointments. A basic filling should not take four separate visits. This office clearly doesn’t value their patients’ time. I will not be returning and would not recommend Aspire Dental to anyone looking for efficient, reliable care. “Aspire Dental on Roblin Blvd has been wonderful for me and my two kids. They took great care of all of us, and the staff was kind, professional, and patient throughout. They also made sure to send in a referral for my little one to see an orthodontist, which I really appreciated. It’s a relief to have a dental team that’s so thorough and family-friendly. “Already love going to Aspire! Wasn't exactly sure what to expect on my initial visit but rest assured it exceeded my expectations 100 fold and completely absolved any prior fears I had. The office is a zero pressure environment where they explain procedures clearly and concisely. Treatment is quick, effective and virtually painless, with the doctor checking in to make sure you're comfortable the whole time.
