“I’ve been going to Ashley for over three years now and out of the many massage therapists I’ve tried in Ottawa, she continues to be the best. Ashley understands how the body functions as a whole and rather than putting more stress on the body, she uses methods that bring relief not just to the muscles but to the nervous system as well.
