“Asha Yoga Laval is a studio like no other. The instructors have all different backgrounds and bring their own style to their Free Flow sessions -some instructors are very technical and help you evolve in your form; other offer a very smooth flow, perfect for a late night practice; and there are even some more intense core-training classes for conditioning your body and pushing yourself more physically. They also have a Fundaments session regularly to help beginners learn the basics before they register to the more advanced ones. The place is very clean and everyone there is respectful of each-other's space. Vanessa and Guillermo are super friendly and really good at making everyone feel comfortable. The place is often busy and they do not tolerate late arrivals -which makes sense and is appreciated, since it could disturb the ongoing practice-. The schedules extend from early morning to late at night (I believe 945). I recommend this place to beginners as well as more experimented people who are seeking a non-pretentious, open-minded practice with experimented instructors and good music.”Lire la suiteRéduire
