“I am so glad I found Ally and Hypnoally! I am a diabetic but just could not get over my cravings for sugar. I have had 5 appointments now and what a difference it has made! I even turned down ice cream and chocolate chip cookies! The other wonderful part is the less worry and stress that I feel about the future. I sleep better no worrying about what I have to do tomorrow, next week or next month! The relaxation and self care of seeing Ally has been so beneficial to me and my family! Thank you Ally for coming into my life!”
