“I had a very disappointing experience at this clinic. I had an accident in the parking lot right before my appointment and immediately went inside to inform them in person, but the practitioner was with another client. I then called to explain that I couldn’t proceed because of the accident. Instead of asking whether I was okay or showing any concern, I was told by Zhi Li I still had to pay the cancellation fee. I understand cancellation policies, but considering the circumstances, I found the response very lacking in compassion. This experience made me feel unheard and unsupported, and unfortunately I won’t be returning. Additional note: After posting my review, I was contacted by zhi Li at 9 PM, asking me to delete it. I found this extremely unprofessional and an attempt to hide legitimate feedback. I also noticed that this business regularly replies defensively to every negative review instead of taking responsibility or showing empathy.
