“Dr. Hemstock is hands down the best chiropractor I’ve ever had. I’ve dealt with shoulder pain for over 10 years, and this is the first time I actually feel real improvement. She really takes the time to understand what’s going on and helps me work toward fixing it, not just managing it. Whenever I have a flare up, I come in and always leave feeling so much better. Her method is so much more in depth than a quick adjustment which I really appreciate. The clinic is welcoming, professional, and the care is consistently excellent. “I've been a patient here for a while now (decades?). Dr. Vincelli is one of the nicest guys you've ever met and was the first to fix me up. Since then, I've been back for different ailments (physio, massage) and everyone there is an absolute expert and super-nice people on top of it all. “Absolutely amazing experience! I Had to booked an earliest appointment to get myself a repair from work stress i wasn’t being picky who’s available since i really need it so bad. Yet i wasn’t disappointed after all! I’ve had many massages over the years, but this one truly stood out. Mr. DALE BLACKER was professional, attentive, and incredibly skilled at identifying and relieving tension in all the right spots. The atmosphere was calming, clean, and welcoming from the moment I walked in. I left feeling lighter, more relaxed, and pain-free. “I am so grateful for having this clinic recommended to me. This is my second year of coming here with my kids and myself, and we always have wonderful experiences. First of all, everyone at the clinic is so nice and professional. Once we enter the clinic, anyone at the front desk welcomes us with a big smile and feeling like right away at home. I love the small chats with Helena at the front desk; she is always so positive and lovely lady. For the past couple of years, I've been seeing Stephanie Hemstock, chiropractor, and she is my biggest help with my hip and back pain. I come in with hip pain, and after a short session of 15-30min with Steph, I leave without the pain. I can't thank her enough for all her help! She performs manual therapy, acupuncture, dry needling, provides great stretch and strength exercises, and can issue the requisition for x-ray, if needed. All these techniques are so helpful in removing my pain, keeping my hip well stretched and stronger. Last year, my 7 yr old son injured his leg, and we suspected a broken bone. It was Saturday, our pediatrician's clinic was closed, the line up at CHEO was a minimum of 7 hours, and my son was in an excruciating pain. Dr. Hemstock had no problem with seeing him right away. She gave us the x-ray requisition, and we were able to go quickly for the scan. She called us the same day with good news. Within 30 minutes that the x-ray results were available, she rulled out the broke bone. Same day, she helped us with booking an appointment with a physiotherapist , Jacob Wasilewski, at the same clinic. Jacob is wonderful! He helped my son with the pain and provided him with a set of exercises that helped tremendously with the recovery. Within 3 hours, we received the diagnoses and full service, including physiotherapist support. This was the best service and experience I could ever imagine! We are so lucky to be the patience of Dr. Hemstock and Jacob Wasilewski. We are extremely grateful for all the help given to us that day! And not only that day, as your help is always at the highest level whenever we see you guys! I am forever grateful to Jacob Wasilewski, my #1 physiotherapist, for saving my knee from an operation. I full teared the ACL in my right knee, and it took only 6 months of physiotherapy with Jacob to fully recover from pain and get back to be fully mobile. I was able to get back skiing and playing other sports! Nowadays, I see Jacob for my hip injury, and every time I leave his office, I right away notice improvements in my pain and mobility. With his detailed examination, everytime assessment, manual therapy (old school, hand on, no machine!), great set of exercises, my posture, stability and strength is improving, and I am feeling better and stronger! I feel like Stephanie and Jacob are part of our family. They are always very friendly, get to know me and my kids, and make sure each time we see them, we get the best service and support possible! “I went to see Jodi for some vestibular rehab exercises to help me get through my menieres episode. She is so kind, detailed, great bedside manner, and a genuinely nice person. I’ve had only 2 visits with her and she was exactly what I was looking for. I know it’s a mixture of time and her expertise that is getting me to the end of this episode. “I highly recommend seeing Melissa Arlotta at Active Health Institute if you are looking for a physiotherapist. She is outstanding and has tremendously helped both my daughter and myself recover from injuries, as well as provide a long term plan to gain strength and help prevent further injury. I was very impressed with her initial assessment- she is incredibly thorough. She is extremely knowledgeable and offers a holistic, realistic treatment plan so you can reach your goals in a way that works for you. On top of all that, she is so kind and friendly.
