“Dr. Sparrow and her team at active have taken great care of our family of 4 for over 10+ years. She’s incredibly caring and empathetic, but also not afraid to tell you what you need to hear (which we appreciate more than we admit!). She really takes the time to understand what’s going on, and we’ve never felt rushed or like just another patient. From everyday aches and pain to our kids’ sports injuries, we always know we’re in good hands. Debbie at the front desk is always friendly and somehow makes scheduling work. “I visited Active Chiropractic and Wellness several times over the past few years and had consistently positive experiences. Based on those experiences, I recommended the clinic to my husband. Unfortunately, his experience was very different. Due to a demanding work schedule, he needed some flexibility when booking appointments. While the initial interaction with the office manager was pleasant, her attitude changed after a couple of scheduling conflicts required appointments to be rescheduled. She became dismissive and unwilling to work with his availability, insisting on specific appointment times that did not fit his schedule. When I later spoke with the office manager about the situation, I was disappointed by her response and overall demeanor. As the first point of contact for patients, customer service and professionalism are important, and I felt those standards were not met in this case. As a result, we chose to seek care elsewhere. My husband was able to find another chiropractor who was able to accommodate his schedule without difficulty. While my previous experiences at the clinic were positive, this interaction significantly impacted my confidence in the practice, and I will not be returning as a patient.”Lire la suiteRéduire

“I simply don’t understand why anyone would go elsewhere for chiropractic and physio! Marissa and Christelle are knowledgeable, experienced and so, so up-to-date! None of the old-fashioned five minute in and out appointments. They care about you, give suggestions and work collaboratively. I highly recommend, anyone to see them! “Dr. Sparrow is simply the best. She is patient, knowledgeable, genuinely cares, and is extremely thorough. I have never had a chiropractor so invested in trying to get to the bottom of my pains. I never feel rushed or pressured into coming back more often than I need to. Her modern approach is very refreshing and after just a few appointments I am already starting to feel so much better. She is very helpful and most importantly she listens to my kids about their concerns and always makes time to hear a few stories and a few of their jokes. My kids adore her so much! “Having been a patient here for several years, I have always had great treatment with good results. I began with Dr. Marissa Sparrow about 2 years ago and what a difference! Her approach to Chiropractic care and wellness is outstanding. When I go for treatment she works on me from my shoulders down to my toes and I always feel so much the better for it. As a type 2 Diabetic, Marissa works wonders with her approach to foot care, which is essential in managing D2. Joanne, the receptionist is always cheerful, friendly and efficient.
