“For the customer service they have I would give 0 Star. Very bad customer service, avoid at all cost. I tried 2 physiotherapist the first was good and really helped, the 2nd was literally not caring, I would go and pay for 1 hour session and basically get 15 minutes from their time. Anyways when I said I want the first physiotherapist, they said we can't do it for you although I booked an appointment. Finally they decided to cancel my appointment and simply said " the only way is to stay with your second physiotherapist" I said even i'm the one paying and Im unsatisfied. The receptionist said yes that's right that's the only way. Interesting customer service! Clearly customer satisfaction is their least concern!!”

“Follow up appointments after initial consultation are supposed to be 45 minutes. They see 3 people at once during this time so you will see the physio for 10 minutes during this time. The rest of the time consists of them “going to do your exercise worksheet” while you can hear them in the other room with someone else at their follow up appointment or leaving you with ice. I tried 2 different physios to give them a chance but seams like this is the way the clinic works. 102$ for 10 minutes talking and some exercises (that they may or may not change appointment to appointment) is a scam. I will be looking for another clinic as my problem has not improved even after 6 or 7 sessions…”

“I went there for an issue that I had with my shoulder. Anthony was my physiotherapist and he was great. He helped a lot with my recovery. He’s competent, nice, patient and was always willing to listen. He really went above and beyond to help me get better and that was really appreciated. Also, you don’t have to wait long to get appointments. Highly recommend this clinic!”
