“Raphael is the only specialist that was able to identify my problem with accuracy and to come up with an easy and effective plan to correct the situation and get me back up and running. Communication was easy, quick and efficient. “Wow! i ve been to others clinics and i wasn't impressed. But Raphael took his time to explain how he is going to treat my injury . I did follow what he told me to do as exercises. Lydia Tellier has been my physiotherapist for most of those visits, and her care has been absolutely outstanding. “I booked multiple sessions hoping to finally address long-term shoulder pain, but the experience was underwhelming. The therapist seemed distracted and didn’t take notes properly. Each session felt repetitive, with no real progress or adjustments to the treatment plan. After several weeks, I saw almost no improvement and decided to stop going altogether. “This is one of the worst service i have ever had. The occupational therapist booked multiple appointments without my permission, insisted on having more appointments for things she would like to cover and i only needed specific things. Also, the massage therapist did not provide an action plan and ended up bruising my legs. I will never come back and i strongly recommend that you find something else.
