“I went to make an appointment after two weeks in pain, they made the appointment for massage not physio. As i was in pain I took the massage with Teresa and she was professional kind and caring.”

“I had a great experience with Patricia, the physiotherapist—she is absolutely amazing! Professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a skilled and compassionate physio. Unfortunately, my overall experience was negatively affected by an interaction with the receptionist, Melanie. I had called the day before to explain that I might need to cancel or postpone my appointment due to a potential work conflict. Melanie told me I could call back in the morning to confirm. However, when I did call back to cancel, I was immediately informed that I would be charged a cancellation fee. I was surprised and disappointed, especially since I felt the policy hadn’t been clearly communicated the day before. Her attitude during the call felt dismissive, and it left me feeling frustrated enough to reconsider continuing treatment at the clinic, despite how excellent Patricia was. “Tried my 1st and last app - I booked my app one week before and at the same day of my app at 2:30pm they cancel in the morning. If I cancel within 24h, normally we should pay, but they don’t. Now I need to restart my research and at least one more week. They are supposed to be a clinic, not one person professional, I meant, if the prof has some urgence, they could have a remplacement to honor the app.”Lire la suiteRéduire

“I've seen multiple therapists in my life but for some reason was never really convinced or satisfied with their treatments. At this ASP location, Ile-Perrot, the therapists are competent, they actually know what they're talking about. I've seen so much improvement in my injury since I starting consulting there.
