After experiencing joint pain since I was a toddler, then more intense chronic pain, numbness and migraines in the last 8 years along with many other painful symptoms, I was lucky enough to have someone recommend Lorraine McCormack. I've been to multiple skilled physiotherapists before but Lorraine's skill and thoroughness is exceptional. Since starting sessions with Lorraine 6 weeks ago I have had more pain relief than I've had in years. She's helping me with my thoracic outlet syndrome but my pain relief from our sessions has also greatly lessened the severity of my TMD. She has the ability to really observe how you're using your body, see the bigger picture, and ask the right questions to tie it all together. I was standing tilted for at least 14 years and didn't realize it, neither did any doctor, physio, or RMT I saw. Lorraine noticed and helped me to correct the way I stand and I've since discovered at least 1 comorbidity with my TOS and am being assessed for another. I simply can not say enough great things about Lorraine's sessions, I am so grateful and really look forward to continuing sessions with her! The clinic is very clean, professional yet welcoming, and the staff are very kind!

I had a very complicated surgery that resulted in a lot of pain. Lorraine has been working with with me for the past 2 years. I am finally pain free and it is entirely due to her incredible skill and experience. I cannot recommend her highly enough. Lorriane knew exactly what the problem was and help me regain my strength and I am even stronger than before the surgery. I would highly recommend Action Potential Rehab.

Great clinic that has quickly shifted to tele rehab sessions with their physiotherapists. Had my first session today and it was very effective and positive experience. Have been with my physio for a year since my stroke. Have gone from my wheelchair and walker to a can and no longer need a mobility aid. She is more on top of my overall health than any of my doctors. Do not hesitate to try out the new virtual appointment model to keep moving forward on your progress and to feel better. Lynne

It’s been six and a half years since my injury. My two Jacquie’s have been with me every step of the way. Having a SCI has been a difficult journey; they have been there for not only my physio needs but a listening ear giving words of encouragement. Jacquie L knows so much and is an amazing resource to help you with accomplishing your goals. They have become friends. I know that they would do anything at any time for me. It’s a sense of relief knowing you have such a great support system with Action Potential. I have had nothing but an amazing experience with them. Sandra M

The physiotherapy my daughter has been receiving from Action Potential is nothing short of amazing! Wendy Sarsons, our physiotherapist, is very professional and experienced. Her depth of knowledge was very apparent when assessing my daughter for her mobility issues and now my daughter is able to walk again thanks to Wendy. We are forever grateful for all that she has done for us and we highly recommend them!! Thank you!!

I've been working with a physiotherapist from Action Potential Rehabilitation, Lorraine McCormack, for a while now. She has done wonders with my muscles. My balance and strength have improved tremendously. I have neurological problems due to a car accident that happened 22 years ago. She's knowledgeable and punctual. Having neurological problems makes it hard to find someone who knows their stuff. I'm so happy that I found Action Potential Rehabilitation -Physiotherapy !!!

My husband is being treated by Caryn and Roberta for physical impairments caused by a massive brain infection. It is unbelievable the progress he has made over the past 10 months, in large part due to the fantastic physio services he has received. He has progressed from someone who had difficulty walking to someone who is up on skis again (albeit the bunny hill) and is looking forward to curling this coming winter! I cannot overstate how pleased we are with the therapy provided by his physio team.
