“Dr. Rossi is the absolute most amazing chiropractor I have ever seen in my life. He is the only chiropractor that has helped me tremendously through back pain and has done it always with an honest genuine approach. I personally have been Through many that told me I needed to purchase packages and had to see them 3 to 4 times a week for five minutes. Dr. Rossi has been the only person that was honest saying I can fix this or I can’t fix this and genuinely never pressured me to buy a package. “Shawn was the first medical professional to not say "well you had a baby!" When I came to him with extreme post partum pain in my hips and back. He actually took the time to listen to what the problem was, and work with me to get me walking, living, and parenting pain free. He never makes me feel overlooked, or ignored. Charismatic, empathetic, and most of all, patient. We've had really bad "pain days" together, where I'm met with compassion, and kindness. And we've had regular check ups that are light hearted and full of laughter. I can honestly say that Shawn is one of the only medical professionals who treat my chronic pain that I genuinely look forward to seeing. “First appointment with Shawn Rossi scheduled at 2:30, he doesn’t get in till 2:45, then backtracked saying I was his 2:45 when my appointment reminder clearly states 2:30. Doors were locked, unable to call anyone, his 3pm appointment let me know he’d show up then. 100% unprofessional “service” No compensation, No clarification, No explanation, No customer service Not even a reschedule offer Even if your lawyer approves this place, or you’re just looking individually, AVOID AT ALL COSTS He is currently still in school whilst accepting new patients he clearly has no time for or integrity to serve”Lire la suiteRéduire
