“Used to be good but the more recent staff are chatting in a foreign language while we get a tandem massage. Not very condusive to a relaxing experience. Are they talking about me or laughing at me? Also I have peripheral neuropathy yet i had to ask several times that they be more gentle. I eventually cut it short because it was too painful.”Lire la suiteRéduire

“DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!!!! I purchased a package at this place couple yrs ago, because the covid , I don’t want to present to the public place . I called in today since my sis came from Paris and I wish to invite her for a massage , and I still have one time left at this place , so I was thinking to use my last time in my old package and repurchase a new package . But the woman was very rude and She didn't want to honor the previous agreement even I paid . The most funny thing is this Chinese lady called me back since knowing that I speak Chinese as well, she just hang up on my face right away without saying anything . So ridiculous!! How this type of person can survive from business, no loyalty no respect no honor . I recommend to never go !!!!!! And I don’t need apology neither refund or credit , I will give this price as a lesson fee to everyone , just don’t trust this small place and do not prepay at this place . “I took my friends who are over 85+ age for a foot reflexology massage, they were very happy with the attentive service offered by Pauline and Paul. The space is clean, we also chose to use their good quality essential oils for the massage which makes a big difference in the results. Overall it helps with Leg swelling issues.”Lire la suiteRéduire

“Clean place and welcoming staff, but thats pretty much it. Booked a 90-min reflexology massage. It was not what I have received !! They first suggested a 10-min back massage where she was literally just squeezing my arms and shoulders and left some BRUISES ! I could feel the nails of the masseuse digging my skin. I really hoped for a good reflexology treatment... instead i feel like the masseuse didn't know what to do (unlicensed ?? I saw deep down in the reviews that some of them learnt the massages "on the job" instead of a real license ....). The reflexology massage itself lasted 15 mins and then she started squeezing and erratically pounding my legs. I asked for a receipt for reimbursement of the treatment by my company and they only gave me the bill, not the receipt. Would not recommend to anyone ! :(( I really hoped to get out of there feeling good but I was more confused than anything. “Been using their services for a couple of years now. The service is always kind and professional. I always come out of there feeling relaxed. There had been a couple of occasions where my reservation was lost, but they always found a way to make things work. “This is easily one of my most favorite place in montreal. Every time I visit this place, I always go home happy. The staff here are the best people in customer service. They are always very friendly, warm, and most of all gives the most amazing massage in the world. I have a personal favorite but actually all of them are really good. I have tried the service from every single one of the professional therapists and they all give their best to make sure clients are satisfied, happy and refreshed after the visit. “I've been here 5 times now and haven't been disappointed. The foot massage is intense and feels amazing long after the massage is over. They're great for all kinds of massage, love the chair massage as well but the overall theme is they know how to really get into the sore spots! They start with great pressure which I like and always found its easier to say "not so hard" than it is to continually say "harder". So if you like therapeutic massages, deep pressure etc, this will be perfect for you. Maybe they offer Swedish as well but who cares for that? Definitely recommend.”Lire la suiteRéduire
