“Scheduled a couples massage two weeks before my visit to Ottawa and had a horrible service experience from Lisa. Originally, I scheduled for an 11am session, then due to Ottawa's public transportation reschedule for 11:30am or 12pm, and the former was selected by Lisa. Unfortunately, we arrived at 12pm and was told by Lisa that we would only receive a 30 minute couples massage - which was not an issue as we accepted being late. We got the pricing sorted out, but Lisa's attitude and overall demeanor during the initial interaction was unpleasant and unprofessional. After, I asked to use the restroom before beginning the massage and at first I did not hear her so I asked her to repeat herself and Lisa rudely uttered "go to the end." I must mention Yoyo was the other masseuse that assisted with the massage and upon our entrance she was pleasant, and did a good job on me during the massage. Lisa worked on my partner and she continuously stopped to service other clients. In fact, I could hear her pleasantries to other guests upon visiting as opposed to us. I do not recommend, I will not patronize this business again under any circumstance - but hopefully, others have a better service experience than we did.”Lire la suiteRéduire

“I stumbled into 4 Seasons after a long plane trip into Ottawa with a shoulder injury. What a wonderful find! The massage not only helped my shoulder, but also made my back feel better than it has in years. I now stop by every time I’m in Ottawa.”

As a picky person in massage, I loved everything about it- the pressure, dedication, and the routine in massage.
