“Josh is the best! If you’re looking for a wellness/relaxation massage, he’s probably not your man, as he thrives on the challenge of fixing real problems, through massage as therapy: I don’t leave his treatment room thinking “oh, I’m so relaxed” but I DO leave thinking “wow, he’s really made a difference.” He’s a fantastic problem solver, thinking outside of the box to get at the root of the issues I’m experiencing. He’s keenly focused on developing his skills, connecting with other disciplines to identify new ideas and techniques to support his patients and move treatment forward. As he works, he describes what he’s doing and his thinking behind it, and offers suggestions for things to do at home. “Josh Rowe is the best RMT I've come across in my many years of chronic pain treatment. Every appointment you will learn something new about the body, your condition/injury, and so much more. Beside the knowledge and insight he gives, he also provides effective treatments using a wide range of approaches and is actively expanding his knowledge and techniques. “Luke, I have been to multiple RMT's in Kelowna due to a chronic problem. Luke is the only one of them who doesn't get lazy and just hit me with dry needling and send me on my way. He gently manipulates my back/neck for the full hour. I get about 1 month of relief from the headaches per treatment. I used to think the deep tissue manipulation was what gave me relief, apparently not. Whatever Luke's technique is it works! Can't reccomend him enough.”Read moreShow less
